LANDLORD NOTICE:  NSPIRE UPDATES - New Section 8 Inspection Standards effective October 1, 2025

All landlords were mailed the new Section 8 NSPIRE Inspection Standards on August 19, 2024.  However, as of December 23, 2024, the Public and Federally Assisted Housing Fire Safety Act of 2022 will require sealed batteries in smoke detectors.
